PBC Pastoral Care Team meet once a month and work alongside the Pastor to support and extend pastoral care to all those who call our church their spiritual home.
Though we are not professional counsellors or social workers, we are ordinary people who are happy to walk alongside those who may be going through difficult times or are needing encouragement in their spiritual journey. As a healthy church, we hope that everyone will do pastoral work in one way or another, but as a team we seek to be intentional in our care. We provide friendship visits to homes or meet in cafe’s to enjoy a chat or prayer. Hospital visits are made to those who are unwell. Requests for a visit can be made by filling out a pink slip in the foyer/entry at the church, or by speaking with our Pastor.
