The Portland Baptist Church places a high priority on prayer.  Prayer groups meet during the week – 10.30 am on a Tuesday morning and 4.30 on a Sunday Evening (second Sunday of each month).  Confidential prayer requests are distributed to those attending these meetings and then collected at the end of the prayer time for shredding.

General prayer notes are distributed each week via the Church Network. There is also a prayer chain that contacts all those who are on the church computer network.They are also placed into the churches email network
